Their equipment is used in a wide range of applications and their reputation for service, training and quality is second to none.
We have been asked to identify and present candidates for the position of Business Development Manager N.A. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business throughout North America. They will be tasked with prospecting, qualifying and establishing the value proposition for closing new and existing Customers. They will be working with Regional Vice Presidents of sales and the field sales force to develop and grow their sales opportunities.
The Business Development Manager must be a sales "hunter" who understands and is experienced in sales to the beverage and bottling industry. They must know what makes the beverage and bottling industry tick. Candidates meeting the following minimum requirements should apply:
* Minimum of five years selling experience to the beverage and bottling industry.
* Demonstrated success of changing the Customers accepted ways of operating and offering a value based solution.
* Demonstrated success prospecting, identifying and developing new business.
* The ability to get to the decision makers and offer innovative and creative approaches to their current methods of operation.
